Privacy Policy
Stark Visibility is a growth consultancy operated by Cole Stark in San Francisco, California. This policy explains what information starkvisibility.com collects, why, and what happens to it.
What I collect
Information you give me. If you fill in the contact form, I collect your name, email address, company name, what you told me you're trying to grow, and how you found the site. That's it. There are no other forms on this site.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this one uses analytics to understand how people find and use it. That includes pages visited, approximate location (city or region, derived from IP address), device and browser type, referring site, and search terms where the search engine provides them.
What I don't collect. No account creation, no payment information, no newsletter list. The eBook is available as a direct download with no form attached, so downloading it collects nothing beyond the analytics above.
How I use it
Contact form submissions are used to reply to you and, if we end up working together, to carry on that conversation. I don't add you to a mailing list, and I don't send unsolicited follow-ups.
Analytics data is used to understand which pages are useful and where visitors come from. It's aggregate and I don't try to identify individuals from it.
I don't sell your information. I don't share it with anyone except the service providers listed below, who process it on my behalf.

Cookies
This site uses cookies for analytics and to remember that you dismissed the cookie notice. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works fine without them. To opt out of Google Analytics specifically, you can install Google's browser opt-out add-on.
How long it's kept
Contact form submissions live in my email and are kept as long as they're useful for the conversation we're having or the work we're doing. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention period.
Your choices
You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email me and I'll handle it. Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, or the CCPA; those rights apply regardless of whether they're spelled out here.
I don't sell personal information, so there's nothing to opt out of on that front.
Children
This site isn't directed at anyone under 16, and I don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be obvious rather than buried.
